Stickers are all the Rage

Penn College students turned out for the recent “Sticker Shock” lecture and reception for the “Re-Writing the Streets 2.0: The International Language of Stickers” exhibition. Joining the students in the celebration of street art were college faculty and staff, as well as members of the wider community.

Hosted by The Gallery at Penn College through March 5, the exhibit showcases over 900 international stickers and explores the artform's powerful visual communication. 

Nicholas L. Stephenson, instructor of graphic design at Penn College, delivered the “Sticker Shock” lecture in Penn’s Inn on the second floor of the Bush Campus Center. The gallery's reception followed on the third floor of The Madigan Library.
